Functions

     Provide exceptional service by ensuring that food and beverage items are correctly delivered to customers

     Must be able to follow specific verbal and/or written instructions.

     Completes assigned side-work duties (opening, closing, ongoing)

     Maintains cleanliness in assigned station and or stations

     Communicates with kitchen, host and service staff to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction

     Assists with removal of dirty dishes from tables between courses and after guest are finished

     Assists in preparation of kitchen opening and closing procedures

     Follows all sanitation procedures in accordance with state regulations

     Ensures expo station is properly stocked and cleaned; maintains appropriate levels of plates, silverware, trays.

     Possess outstanding communication skills, and be a liaison between the front and back of the house

     Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products

     Suggest additional items to customers, as appropriate

     Ensures quality and proper presentation of food menu items as well as communicates each item to guest upon deliver

     Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures

     Assisting Servers, S.A’s, staff, where ever the help needed during free time.

     Communicates with guest in a positive, professional and helpful manner at all times.
